Eligibility Criteria to Get
The eligibility to issue a medical certificate from Irish Clinic is subject to “medical suitability. This is a telehealth service that is not a substitute for in-person GP consultation for critical care and emergencies.
Students and Employees: We only offer online medical certificates for sick leaves. It is available to employees and higher education students over 18 years of age.
Ongoing Minor Illnesses: An online sick certificate is only applicable for ongoing minor illnesses like the common cold, cough, sore throat, headache, upset stomach, and mild stress. Remember, we cannot backdate the document, so you must contact us on the day you take your leave and while you are still sick.
Certificate Frequency: Clients are eligible to receive one medical certificate every 90 days.
Medical Advice: Please note that our service does not offer medical advice. If you have any health concerns, we recommend visiting your GP.
